ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in Saint Luke School. We are excited that you are considering our school for your child. Below is a checklist of the documents needed to process your child’s registration.

Please complete the Application for Admission form and submit it with the standard application fee of$250.00. This fee is non-refundable.

For incoming Kindergarten students, we will need the following:

  • Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  • Copy of Custody decree (if applicable)
  • Confidential Teacher Evaluation Form Completed by Current Teacher
  • Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form

Note: Children who will have reached the age of five years by September 30 may be admitted to a kindergarten program.

For all other incoming students, we will need the following:

  • Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
  • Copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  • Copy of Custody decree (if applicable)
  • Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form (must be submitted prior to admission)
  • Virginia Immunization Exemption Form (if applicable)
  • Evidence of your child’s First Penance and First Eucharist (if Catholic)
  • Current Report Card and two previous years’ report cards (if applicable)
  • Current standardized test scores
  • Scholastic Information (Records Request – In Packet)
  • Teacher Evaluation (In Packet)
  • Confirmation of Parish Registration (In Packet)

Applications are considered in the following priority:

  • Current Preschool Students
  • Siblings of Current Students
  • Catholic, Registered Parishioners
  • Catholic (Non-Registered Parishioner)
  • Other Faith
